it is beautiful. the eyes are beautiful and i really like the fake eyelashes underneath it, giving it a really neat touch.

In the way you trick the viewer. You have these lovely eyes with their make-up... which is the initial focal point of the shot. And then you follow the shot down to the lips and chin which are in stark contrast. Shocking!
