I must tell you that almost all the details of Kanda's outifit are wrong.
Starting with the boots, that shouldn't have shoelaces, and following with the sword, that is NOT a normal katana, the waist belt, that doeasn't have a buckle and completely lacks of the 2 leather bands to hang Mugen, the chain around the sheat, that shouldn't be there... I also can't see the hip band with the 2 bags, so either she doesn't have it or it's too short (it should reach the white lines coming down from the chest). The zipper on the chest is too long, it shoud arrive about four fingers under the flower button, the rest of the jacket is open on the front, this one is close until over the waist-line. Speaking of the button, it's too small and not the flower one, while the neck band has the closure on the front (it shouldn't be visible) and too thin white lines.
Finally, her gloves have 2 bands on the wrist with something metal like a small buckle that shouldn't be there while she completely miss the white wrist's bands.
You should be paying more attention to the original outfits.

If it is serious, Allen should be, but the person who wanted make his cosplay couldn't as a result. It's a pity, but there's nothing to be done, therefore we are without Allen.
