once again, well played. hehe, although there would be ripples and possibly bubbles in the water, and seeing as the water acts like a distorter to images underneath its surface, making the image look somewhat distorted would be called for. Nice work all around.

I like this piece a lot...you should play with the idea some more...maybe try some more shiney/reflective water with high contrast between the objects on top and what hides beneath.

I really want the viewer to interpret my work as they wish to. I don't want to state what it means to *me*, because what it means to the viewer is far more important. 
However, trying to express loneliness was one of my goals for this piece. I'm glad it communicates.

Great work making her look like she's sinking into the darkness and adding the elements above...I personally think the butterfly (as a symbol) is slightly redundant, but it looks good anyway.

Very impressive piece. The model has the perfect look to her, the way her head is looking up, perfect angle. The trapt look and then with the key sitting so close and her so calm, all of it together makes for a great piece.
