that's really well done . the water line is a nice touch and the expressions are spot on . what did you make this in ? do you do a line drawing first then fill in the colors or do you make layers of colored shapes ?

i was just drawing and coloring in ms paint. and i used gradient in the image editting program Paint.net. i erased gradient in half of the penguin's body
