Moomin doesnt fit that way.
Seems Disney want to buy everything instead of animate more! π§

In fact, the person who was writing the 1990s Moomin series was Akira Miyazaki, who died last year.
Hayao Miyazaki was supposed to be animating the '60s Moomin anime while Miyazaki was still working on the Tokyo Movie Shinsa animation studio, which at that time was working on that Moomin series.
