EDIT: Converted the sprite from Alpha style to NGPC style through sketch, unsketched it, and then tried to make everything look consistent. First time converting poses in a while so I'm happy with the results.Sorry guys, Don't got time to make GIFs at this point. My future goal is when I'm done with my sprite sheet projects, requests, and distractions, I will officially be making a SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millennium Sagat expansion sprite sheet for those that needed it for future fangames, animations and more. Time to make the MotM Style Artists out there proud when I get this complete but not at the moment though soon. So here's the idle sprites based of their respective games(SFII and SFA3). Enjoy, I don't mind if you use them, just make sure you credit me for making/edited the idle sprites and someone from wikipedia for ripping SvC: MotM Sagat sprite.

I don't know if you have seen the CvSvC encyclopedia, there are several sprites in different styles including NeoPocket. Maybe that could inspire you.

OH BOY HERE WE GO! It's sad they didn't make him a full playable character. He was just demoted to extra like Vega and Billy Kane, except those two had animated sprites.

I Know, Right? If Sagat did make it as a playable character instead of an extra who only made a cameo in the Olympics Minigame then his moveset would be from SFA3 and his SNK Rival would be Joe Higashi or King since they know Muay Thai.Β

You know one move I wish they had in? Terry's Buster Wolf. He has it in all of the other crossover games except this one. And it burns my soul knowing that.

I looked it up and then saw how it works in a few games on youtube, I swear that move really is badass, and I agree with you, they should've put that apart of Terry's moveset in MotM.
