Yes they do as long as you dont print or distribute the cards, look at aschefield101's journal, and I just contacted them myself on a matter realted to other people putting a copyright on "their" artwork with a pokemon in it. If your going to piss people off go to them, there breaking DA Rules if what you say is true.
