It is not ignorance at all but a very fair question. It is pencil and chalk on toned paper with a little acrylic wash to glaze it over with. Thank you so much for the kind words!

Very nice. It does remind me more of the Sandman though. Not that that is a bad thing and considering how weird and multiversal that story is, I see no problem with it. Well done.

Nope. The Sandman from the brilliant comic by Neil Gaiman. I don't think I can link it here, so try searching "Sandman mask "Neil Gaiman"". I think you'll see what I mean.
Edit: Or maybe I'm just obsessed with that story and see its likeness everywhere. Your mask isn't that close.Β

Wow, just checked it out. I only read the very first Sandman graphic novel, which was awesome btw. Yeah it's similar but then the Sandman looks a bit like an engineer, would you agree?Β

You're very welcome. I can recommend reading the entire thing. And then moving on to Lucifer, because that is an amazing story too. A controversial take on Heaven and Hell, and beyond, but a fascinating one.Β
