What i did for 's "Ultimate Showdown"

Pretty much it's something that sounded really fun to do.. And if anything i got to do some cool shoots.. I've been wanting to do something like it anyways..

It's tournament style and i think there is suppose to be like 5 rounds of it.. But you create a character and it goes up against another person's character and then people vote on who they think should win. You have 2 weeks to make a new entry every time.
The first round requirements and all that jazz are below

It must depict a character or thing ready to fight or for a showdown. Your fighter can be anything - your favorite soda, a character you like, an intelligent shade of the color blue, ninjas, pirates, robot monkeys, a personification of a country... GO WILD, this is your fighter character!

It may be in ANY medium. Photography, digital painting, anime, traditional, writing - all is fair game, as long as it adheres to the above.

I'm quite happy with the result.. It was hard to pick just one to use... I'm kinda sad that this one couldn't have the sword in it but....eh it won my model's (iconswimmengal) vote and mine so i went with it! Everything was "made" by us as well. The skirt, which you can't really see in this, is a bunch of flowy fabric that used to be curtains. The shirt is a piece of green fabric and wire.. The necklace that is also going off her shoulder was made by me.. And the gold markings on her arm and stomach are small pieces of gold leaf, we used spirit gum to make it stay (after we went to the pool and it about stayed on in the water the whole time so you can probably expect more of it to be used later in the future) And we of course did not make the contacts haha but there was no special editing/ manipulations done to it

I decided she gets to be some sort of warrior goddess. The gold markings get to be some sort of magical fire

I get to be contestant #44 wish me luck I do wonder if there will be any other photographers in the contest though...
