Anyways.
These are the 9 images I will be using to make the other dancers and stuff...
The numbers are the order that they go in when made into a gif...and the (#) are also the order...one that has 2 numbers is repeated. And the whole thing is looped.
When I edit my images, I use PhotoImpact 8, and to make my gifs...like this one...

I used Ulead GIF Animator 5 (I used a trail version for the first one i made, until I buy the full thing later.)

So to do it, I have to separate all the different positions and put each position in a picture who are all of same size ?

I think that's right.
In the end it would be about 9 separate same-size images of the same character in 9 positions. Then you just have to find a .gif maker program of some kind and put each image in the correct order.
