Anyways.
These are the 9 images I will be using to make the other dancers and stuff...
The numbers are the order that they go in when made into a gif...and the (#) are also the order...one that has 2 numbers is repeated. And the whole thing is looped.
When I edit my images, I use PhotoImpact 8, and to make my gifs...like this one...

I used Ulead GIF Animator 5 (I used a trail version for the first one i made, until I buy the full thing later.)

great base, i hope you don't mind me using it
btw to anyone who makes it in flash
i recomend using 2 frames for each position and running at at least 24 fps so that it will look fluid (but it looks better at 30)

well I just got a trail version...so i would have to pay to get the full one...
(Trail was a free 15 days)

I just searched for a download so I could could do some testing....
But the program I used was Ulead GIF Animator 5....
