For June´s Citizen Facts is Markus a.k.a Rake/Biss, he as previously mentioned is Bullet´s counterpart, he is also the drummer in Mitsuki´s band "Nightshade" he has the ability to turn his body parts into that of a sharks (can turn into a full shark) and can speak with animals, specially sea creatures. His power and ability changes between his evil form "Biss" and his normal power form "Rake". More about him will be shown in the journal.Strenght:
