Energy Purifier: Raze absorbs negative energy from his environment. For example conflicting emotions or even bad energy that generates illness. (Which is why his environment tends to look better as the emotional pressure grows within him).

His mood varies depending on how much negativity he has absorbed and whether he has gone into the forest to purify himself.

This negativity he absorbs is capable of driving him insane if it were not for the mental stability that "Brazen" provides him.

Virus affinity: Most of his powers are derived from being 'infected with a virus', likewise his virus powers are increased when he absorbs diseases or toxins. (The more he absorbs, the harder it is for him to use his plant manipulation properly, as the emotional pressure grows and thus he finds it difficult to control his power. It is entirely possible for him to pass out from so much negativity; however, he has a very good tolerance due to the presence of Brazen, who also slows his loss of sanity).

*Abilities that say 'virus' (or relate to disease, virus) are innate to his body, whose composition is from the virus.*

Due to his ability, Raze is not affected by the pollution in VileTown and can exercise without concern; however, he is able to tell when a place is cleaner and purer by the very contact he has with nature.

Virus regeneration: has an accelerated regeneration ability, making it almost impossible to kill unless certain conditions are met; however, if he lacks chemical x or is unstable, this ability may fail.

Virus strength: he possesses a very difficult to control strength, which is inconvenient on many occasions if not kept restrained. He has some control over it, but still requires a measure to control it.

Dimensional Slash: ability that allows him to travel to different dimensions; however, if the destination is not kept in mind, he can be transported to any random one or be lost in limbo for a long time. At first he can only go to Townsville once and return to Fractal Viletown when he gets enough rest, his ability improves with practice.

Immediate Transfusion: when he lacks chemical x, he doesn't have to wait for it to be given to him manually, he can extract it by biting someone who possesses it. (This ability is due to his virus nature).

Raze possesses plant manipulation as his personal element (virus aside). Due to his natural ability to absorb negativity from his environment and his plant element, he usually revitalizes the plants around him.

Of the most frequent uses of his ability are attacks and weapons created by thorns or roots, he possesses botanical communication, so it is possible for him to acquire information from plants.

At the beginning of the story, he is unable to grow up, he lives his first 5 years of life as an infant until he finally manages to adopt the appearance relevant to his age. Raze is first shown as a hyperactive, carefree, innocent child with an obvious tendency to annoy Rave. He overflows with great energy and keeps his siblings busy, who must keep an eye out for him so that he doesn't disappear at a moment's notice.

Raze shows a great attachment to his siblings, he loves and cares for them a lot, although he tends to quarrel with Rave many times, who usually accuses him of provoking him, while he allows himself to be spoiled by Rage, who does not know the reason why Rave (Bruise) is always in a bad mood with Raze.

Sweet and protective of his siblings (to a lesser extent than Rage), Raze usually proposes going out of the house to have fun, even though the place where they live is not safe for this. He usually sees how to get his own way, even if he has to sneak out on his own to see the outside world.

In Raze's case especially, he lives in a new reality in which he considers Rave as his best friend, while Rage comes into his life as a new classmate.

Facing his nightmares, as well as harsh and difficult new experiences to cope with, he finds comfort in Rage and ends up being attracted to him. In this time of confusion, Raze tries to make sense of his life, that is, until the harsh reality of his forgotten memories hits him: leading him to suffer a severe identity crisis.

Raze lives presently wishing he could get rid of his attraction for his brother, however, he knows that the problem does not end there, as his nightmares only help to worsen his sense of identity.

As for his personality, he seems cheerful and carefree in general; however, when he is alone he tends to reflect on his nightmares and frustration, so he often resorts to drinking alcohol in order not to have to think.

His mood can fluctuate between being in a good mood to being serious and sad, which makes him seem unfriendly at times.

Likes: Cooking, baking, salty food, adorable things, heavy metal, alternative rock, screamo (for the screaming, not because he's emo), flowers, pickpocketing (to wealthy people), comedy series, playing the viola.

Dislikes: Ice cream (although he makes an exception if it is of some flavor like cookie dough), not being able to leave the house, scary movies (they bore him), the majority of fruits, being surprised, pop music, reggaeton, etc.

Hates: All-white spaces, overly sweet food, being called 'cute' and derivatives, being confused for a girl, being attracted to his brother, living confused and in conflict with himself, his power to absorb negativity from the environment/things around him. Sticky things (like slugs).

He is afraid of: HIM, crabs and any creature with red skin, anything with claws or tentacles. Intimate contact/approaches. Music from musical boxes (makes him nervous, especially if it plays at night), paranormal things, etc.

Raze's fun facts:

-He is the strongest of his siblings, his strength is due to his virus nature. (More about his virus nature will be explained later in the story).

-His force field is likewise the strongest of the three, plus it activates automatically when there is a threat approaching and works the same when Raze is unconscious.

-He usually wears a green lens in his left eye so as not to draw attention to himself.

-He must wear a pair of bracelets to control his strength, otherwise he has very little control and ends up breaking/smashing everything.

-He tends to have a twitch in one eye when he is frustrated, stressed, tired or very upset.

-Raze really likes to cook and bake cookies, but because of his strength, this is something he can't do very well until he has special bracelets on (ones that further limit his strength to be able to deal with delicate things).

-Raze is the most connected to his 'soul memories', so as the story progresses, he is confused by four types of memories: those spanning from when he was a baby to before he forgot his siblings, those he experiences with his adoptive family (when he is unaware of his real family), his current memories (aware of who his siblings are), and those he remembers in flashback form involving Butch.

-Although he is immune to getting sick, his body is still the most affected by his need for transfusions of chemical x every so often. He will not get sick but is quite capable of feeling fatigued or passing out for other reasons. The only way he will get sick is if his body is vulnerable and Brazen is not present for some reason.

-Raze originally didn’t feel attracted to Rage, this changed when Raze forgot that Rage was his brother, as he knows him as a different person; however, by eventually remembering their family bond, Raze feels a lot of conflict within himself. -Thanks to his memories about his family bond and Rage's personality, Raze usually forgets his attraction to him and remembers that he is just his overprotective older brother.

-Despite his behavior, Raze is very afraid of intimate approaches or sexual behaviors, so he may freeze if cornered or in a similar situation.

-Due to the same fear, he does not have much tolerance for being touched and is very prone to pulling away or hitting to be released as long as he is not paralyzed. No matter who it is, he has to psych himself up before having physical contact of any kind with anyone so he doesn't overreact or have a nervous breakdown.

-If he initiates the contact he has no problem; however, if the contact is reciprocated he finds it necessary to remove himself. (For example, hugging someone and them hugging him back) He has a different tolerance depending on who it is, if Rage hugs him, Raze can take it longer; however, it is still awkward, as his brother has no qualms about reminding him that he is his baby brother.

-He half-heartedly tolerates Brute in terms of approaches, who usually annoys him with perverted attitudes. Brute's pervert behavior is mimicked by Raze toward others as a way to hide his discomfort toward the subject; however, he only does this toward those he considers close. (Yes, many mini-comics have been an exaggeration of this behavior).

-Only Butch and Brick can touch him without Raze reacting badly (aside of Rage that is), but he would still want to get away eventually.

-He feels a deep dislike towards women because most of the aggressors in his reality are women, however, thanks to Brute, he is able to give girls a chance after knowing them for a while; however, due to his soul memories, he does not feel safe with boys either and therefore, he feels a general fear of whoever approaches him with other intentions. (Even though he knows that the contact is not malicious, his body tends to react badly).

-He can't stand to look in the mirror and see his spiky hairstyle, so he tries to keep his hair down to avoid that look. He doesn't understand why it makes him uncomfortable; however, he feels bad when he looks like that.

-When he is near Brick or Brick comes into his field of vision, he finds it hard not to stare at him and is slow to turn his attention away from him.

-Raze usually behaves considerate and attentive towards Brick, although he tries to disguise it as best he can, as he has no way to explain the reason behind it.
