well i'll tell u! pick any YouTube vid and then go to this site [link] you have to set up an account but it's completely free and then you put the address in the bar, it uploads the vid and there you go. it lets you pick certain parts that you want to turn into a GIF but you only get 15 seconds unless you pay and sometimes it's a bitch to get exactly what you want but whatever you know!

warning though, they're really smelly and u have to let them loose in ur room every once in a while so they can get excercise. there is a lot to put in taking care of them but they are really fun!
