Actually, that's not half bad. You have to find some way to untap it first, though. Amulet of Vigor would fix that.

Or Burst of Energy, which is cheaper. Or Captain of the Mists. Or Coral Trickster. Actually, there are plenty of ways to make this work.

all players remove the top 40(or 30) cards from your library from the game, removes all permanents from play discard 4 cards from your hand draw a card and return 3 permanents that have been removed from game and up them in to play.
if any one of these steps can not completed you lose the game.
