Love it! Ghost Siren already looks so magical that I'm not sure there's anything that could make her look more so. But that aside, everything you've added to the scene is great: an intriguing look to her conjuration, the outfit, the implied question of why the witch is out on a lonely cliff (does she need the isolation for the ritual? Is she being hunted? Was a ship wrecked there long ago? Is this the middle of a longer journey? Is this a gate to an otherworldly realm?).
