Brilliant take on previous images, Β I always loved the one sitting in the study drinking brandy playing chess and drinking brandy, wanted to replicate it, could never hope to do as good a job as this though. Β I love the invis predator effects and the background is awesome. Β Did you model the Xenomorph yourself?

I've seen similar pictures, but this is a new rendition.Β My only criticism...is that stasis fog or liquid?Β I've run into similar issues and had to retouch.Β In fact my latest art piece lacks some appropriate retouch for small water ripples where solid breaches liquid.Β There is an inexpensive brush set from Daz (Ron's Water brushes) that includes a great style preset.Β Or if you're smarter than I am you can rig your own style setting...but it's a great postwork tool.
Other than that, if I were to try this it would take me monstrous amounts of modeling time to build authentic shapes and ludicrous amounts of render time to execute the piece.Β Kudos.

It took me quite a while to model everything and rig/pose the characters. The fog effect was actually an inverted ZDepth layer with some adjustment and blended with the original rendition~
