I was trying out this maker which somehow mixed up with me rewatching "Avatar – The Last Airbender" recently. Here's Azula, in a weird way my favorite. She's a complicated and disturbed character and also has some awesome skills. The blue sparks on her hand are meant to represent Azula's blue bending fire.

Cool concept of the armor and the sword I like it, same with the bit curly hair!Β

Its absolutely not weird that she is your fave, she the best for sure the deepest char of the show... A wasted chance as well with the ending as it is...

Thank you, glad you like it!
I agrdd that her ending was kinda wasting a good character, yet I can't say it's unrealistic. Azula was always one to distroy herself and be destroyed by her circumstances. Only, I wished ATLA had kinda spin-offs for some characters, seeing how they go from there. I mean, how old is Azula at the end of the series, 16? She has a whole life to live. In ATLOK we never get to know what became of her...

Well I don't know, I think her charachter was built up very different then how they choose to end her. Azula was always first cunning, calculated, cold, and for sure never overconfident she lived her whole life (14 years) basically alone, betrayed by her mother and aways from her brother and friends, she was prepearing for being Fire Lord... so actually none of these factors should have broke her... as they supposedly did.Β

To act out of impulses as she did in the final was actually very out of charachter for her, she deamonstrated time after time that is not how she dose things, Season II final arc for example, she could have fought Zuko there with no threat of defeat, yet she choose to decline his call for a duel. Next the day of the black sun dobule episode, she had no bending abilities yet she outsmarted everyone of the gang. All this time she had already lost her mother, her firends and her brother before, but as she was never truly leaning on them, it did not effect her determination. And then out of the blue as the final approches she just snapps, about things she had to deal with before and which so far did not effect her, at least for sure not in such a way. Then she starts acting the absolute opposit way to her established charachter basically giving a chanse to Zuko and Katara defeating her... for me it very much came down like they made a way too strong villian and had to figure out a way to allaow the heros to miracullusly win, and that is a shame, in every other way the show is very deep, very realisticm but sure they had to keep the heros fary tale like plot corrections leading to their victory. Or at least that is how I see it.

LoK was way better on this account, it was just a bit too disintegrated for my taste, with every season posing a new villian and trying to over due the previous one. Yet the theme which has connected the season's, revolutioanry ideologies and their dangers are pretty important themse to talk about, I was impressed by them adressing it.Β
