Actually Rogue did acquire Logan's original bone claws when she touched him to gain his healing factor after Raven stabbed her in the gut (in "Dream's End"); she kept them until Raven forced her to touch baby Hope Summers to cure herself of the Legacy Virus (and which "returned her to factory settings" i.e stripped her of all the abilities she had absorbed from Logan, Ms Marvel and everybody she had ever touched) in "Messiah Complex".
