Comms-And-Requests Mascot Contest EntryUpdate: Since the design didn't win, this character is now up for OTA.
I will check back at the end of every month to evaluate offers.
~Offering: Accepted offers include points, core membership, art and paypal.
~Adoption: Winner of the OTA & new owner of the character may give the character whatever personality, name, background, or gender they wish. Winner may also tweak the design (for example, changing them from feral to anthro (or vise versa) or giving the character an attire).
