wow some actual pony content? thats crazy! This is to go along with my older Luna design and plays off some of my other Celestia designs ive done in the past! Celestia has a lot of magic in her body which manifests in different ways, primarily through her hair and the way the colors change with time and her magic that channels through her wings horns and hooves. Celestia has pink and dark purple streaks in her hair from both raising the moon and wielding the elements of harmony, she took up the mantel of both of those princess jobs without Luna or Twilight to do any of that work and it manifests in her physically. Raising the moon was so taxing for her her body coped by growing a third horn alongside her original prealicorn horn and her alicorn magic horn, which also shows signs of use by using the elements of harmony. Celestia's wing are crane wings! I changed up her magic color from pink to blue to contrast with lunas yellow more and i think it fits more with giving her a sky theme. Celestia has a LOT of hair and I don't think she even remembers the last time she cut it, usually she puts it up so its more manageable but if it gets out of its braids or ties it starts floating up and out and is pretty hard to keep track of, she does it from time to time for fun. Her casualwear is much more ornate than Luna's as she is even more of a public figure and needs to keep up appearances, she just likes the look too she thinks its fun to wear a lot of clothes and jewelry and over this fit she likes to wear a lot of sheer shawls.
