With all those quirks she seems op. It's not the amount of power is that matters it's how you can use your one power in creative ways. Don't get me wrong I think she's beautiful. but you might want to simplify her Quark down to one and just use it in a creative way. Like the more people she has within the range of her mind control she can use that mental energy to create Energy speakers instead of making the Spheres themselves a quirk
