Description
Yes, finally i've submitted something taken with my macro lens (Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM, i took this a little while back now, but in the first few shoots that i had my macro with me.The actual size of the flower was about 4-5cm in diameter.
Uncropped with some edits in Photoshop.

I was meant to come and comment on this but didn't. Forgives me?
I love this photo! I love the colours mostly, they're just so vibrant, which is something I'll always want to see in flower photography.
The details are lovely too, as is the composition. I think it all works pretty nicely together, though I think if there was a little more at the top to see, it would be even better. But it's minor!
I love the middle *hides in it*

The colours of the flower are that of the German flag.
This is so calender material. I can so see it in one of those pretty calenders that you can place on your desk. Great sharpness of the image.
