I would have added whiskers, added brightness to BOTH his cheekbones, and also added different shades of highlights for the leg that's facing the viewer. It looks a bit flat (the leg, I mean). I also would have added stronger highlights to the edges of his fur, like I mentioned on another piece where I linked to an example.
Your mouse ears tend to look like rabbit ears. If you look at an actual reference of a mouse, you'll see that it's different and there are more parts where the ear connects to the head. Mouse ears also pull backwards. You should also compare your shading of the mouse's ears with an actual mouse's ears-- you'll see that it's also a lot different.
