This picture scares the crap out of me. So I congratulate you on creating a very strong image. Not in a horror movie way, but more of a nightmare kind of way. Like if you watch a documentary on a serial killer then go to sleep and have nightmares. Or if the documentary gave you visions in your head. This looks like what those would be like.
Sorry, I think this sounds insulting, but I don't intend it to be.
