Being a Brony does not make me OBSESSED with the show. Yeah I'm female but I have a friend who is male who likes the show.. He doesn't talk about it all the time. I sell My Little Pony art over Facebook. That doesn't make me obsessed! We are merely partaking in something we like. You call Zecora's character layout racist? I see none. Zecora is a zebra. She's not a primitive type of horse. Zebra's are actually a bit further up the evolutionary line. Yeah animals we own and tend to are smart but zebra's have to live alone. Adapting so that their coat can camouflage, running from prey. We sit our horses in a field and they're good to go.Β
She lives away from society because she doesn't like the hustle and bustle. Fair enough. I don't live in a town or a city either. Rather, I live in a small collection of houses in the middle of the two. It's quiet and I catch a bus to school. That goes for 1 hour nearly. She's probably not used to moving from (Let's say Africa for the sake of simplicity) Africa, the Savannah, only her fellows around, to an all out kingdom with Princesses and all that heebee jeebee.Β

I love Zecora and I do not in the least find her racist. Especially since I have had Indian friends, Getasew Ferguson, an Ethiopian boy in one of my classes who is actually famous in Tasmania for being one of the fastest runners, and many more friends of a different background and culture.
