Why is he the doctor I actually didn't have much of a clear answer back then but I suppose it's the fact that Mitch has that mysterious nature y'know? Mitch sadly didn't have as much time on the show as he should've I honestly would have loved to know more about him! Of course I'm not saying he's secretly a psycho by all means lol XD it's just an AU I suppose. The monster AU I guess you could call it? Or Halloween AU whichever works best for you lmao
