I feel like this is totally random and speculative to say, since I have no examples, but maybe a boy who's feeling romantic feelings all the sudden as they hit puberty would need a place to dump all those mushy feelings when it gets to be too much. I mean, they couldn't dump it all on the girl they like at the risk of weirding them out. So they might like a plush. Then again, Robot's not as fearful of his softer side as other guys are, so who knows. Maybe he just really liked the plush. He might still be ashamed of it in a way since it's not "appropriate" for a boy his age to have. xP

Perhaps yeah :3 though he's still a bit of a kid in the story, he is learning on how stuff works in this. This part is a dream/flashback and.. know what? I'm just gonna come out and say it. It's a Robot Jones Splatoon crossover fic XDX idk if you're familiar with the game Splatoon?

Faaaaaaaaak I don't play Splatoon and I don't think I would've ever made the connection. Ah man I am so out of the loop, oh well. Still it works on it's own.

I didn't at first want to straight up say it as I keep feeling like the idea is stupid, but I have confidence in it now. When I type it, it'll be put up on fanfiction. But I've been thinking about uploading some art on here soon ;3

I'm a hermit practically so I kinda am like that too half the time XD

Ok, in the second game, there is an important character, an octoling (what the octopus people are called though they are also called octarians) who is more into modern tech, but in my story, her friend, an inkling (squid person) named Pearl who's a rapper, got her a bit more into old tech and lately starts visiting this landfill where a bunch of shit ends up from the sea (for clarification, this takes place 12,000 years after sea levels had risen and wiped out humanity) and one day finds Robot there. Feeling something from him, she takes him home and manages to fix him and this talking cat named Judd who was frozen by his previous owner, also important, helps translate what they are trying to say to each other as the characters have their own language Inklish and teach Robot it. And basically after being revealed to the public he soon makes friends, some new and some that turn out to be reincarnation s of his human friends and falls in love with Shannon's who funnily enough has the same first name, but a different last name. Soon, evil strikes from down below and.. that part is a spoiler and would be better if you do research on that part actually XD Octo Expansion is what it's called. Ok, so in actual story, there was a war between Inklings and octolings for a power supply and Inklings won in the end and the octarians are the "villains" in the story mode for both first and second game but soon a peace thing starts in Octo Expansion where you play as an octoling with amnesia and crazy shit happens XD
