This is the Wilson Combat Compensator made for the .45 auto 1911 and fits all government length 1911 autos with .576 - .580 muzzle O.D. in calibers up to and including .45 ACP.For the sake of PMG I think it would work pretty well with a high caliber SMG.It is easily recolor able and uses white shapes in front and on the top but none that will interfere with your barrel.Paste data: [link] ( Credit me if used )

If you read the description it is supposed to be for a 1911 so it is quite small compared to the image.The way it attaches to the pistol makes it flush with the body like you would see on a USP so it wouldn't be sticking out like on a rifle.I do agree that it looks kind of bulky as is.
