Personality: optimistic, but he can be a sore loser. he and Fiero are always getting into trouble because of how curious they are. he likes teasing a little Eevee named Chinook but his motives are questionable.
Other: Fiero is his bestest friendβever. he can fly short distances using his tail and utilises this to climb into trees and such. he likes to show off to everyone and anyone. long periods without water makes his skin super dry and thus makes him a little miserable.

I don't even like Buizel but I'm starting to love this kid. xD He's so amazing, and his hair is so flipping cute, oh my gosh. I love the way it's all WHOOSH at the top like that; so adorable. His body suit is a really neat idea, too, and the floaty thing is original, I think. :0 The fact that he can fly a little bit is really cool, too; I hope you draw it one of these days. xD You should know that I love his relationship with Fiero, too. They make an epic duo. Lemme know if you come up with a Floatzel design, too, betch. C8
