I honestly think Archie would still survive. Mainly because Matt would probably be nearby and that dude looks like he could win a fist fight with the Incredible Hulk.

Then again, for whatever known reason, the world still dictates that you must battle with pokemon. While Matt would definitely mop the floor with your 10-yr old avatar on the meat side of the contest, he engages you in a fight with a lousy sharpedo that is leagues below your weakest link in the team.

Everyone is pretty weak in the Pokemon universe when it comes to battling, though the 6 gen's games aren't very good at keeping you from noticing that fact (I hate that a lot of double battles were removed from Gen 3 in these remakes). Matt at least makes up for his poor battling skills with his muscles, unlike Tabitha, who despite resembling Makuhita, I seriously doubt could bend even a paper clip.
As much as I loved the expanded personalities of the major Hoenn characters (with the exception of Wallace. I honestly don't know what I think of the guy now after seeing how he acted before I had a gym battle with him. This image of him here isn't helping either.)
While I've never thought of pokemon games being difficult, they never have felt as straightforward and easy as the Gen 6 games have been.
When the inevitable Sinnoh remakes come along, if the difficulty is still this insultingly easy when a lot of those trainers of that region are memorably strong, (ex.Cynthia, Fantina, all the Galactic admins + Cyrus, etc.) I'm probably gonna end up giving up on the series.

The problem is threefold. 1) They added more trainers, which means more EXP. 2) the EXP spread between multiple participating PokΓ©mon (I think) is disproportionate; meaning the sum total is more than what is given to a single participant. That leads me to: 3) EXP share is seriously OP. (I just turn it off the second I get it)
