The lightning is amazing, green on the hair and shadows, very bright highlight.
Your expression puzzles me, but I don't know why. Maybe it's because your face is split and it feels like something's missing to have a complete expression. But, I think this is good (I know, weird, but this is the way I feel about it).
I'm not really fond of the... whatever your wearing, but it's purely a matter of fashion taste.
You have a hell lot of talent for portrait, there's always so much feeling and great expression in those you make!
