Done for this months Halloween Art Show over at Frame of Mind gallery.

The theme was classic horror film and literature pre 1970.
Shall we wiki-attack to save time? I think we shall..

Vampirella is a fictional character, a comic book vampire superheroine created by Forrest J Ackerman and costume designer Trina Robbins in Warren Publishing's black-and-white Horror Comics Magazine Vampirella #1 (Sept. 1969).

Hah, she happen to have snuck in the era of horror classic! Really glad she did to. Vampirella was a vampire before it was cool and involved being overly obsessed with teenagers and what not (often found in contemporary iteration of them in modern film and novels xD).

Jokes aside, Vampi was also drawn by the late master Frank Frazetta during his run in graphic novel work and certainly played a role in the classic horror genre many have grown to appreciate
