I assume it does not fit in the fashion history on purpose?
The dress is very European 13-14th century and almost everything else would be possible at the time but the outfit on its left does not fit at all (the girdle is anachronistic ^^)

Thank you for the feedback! I'm actually in the process of going through and re-doing a lot of this concepts, and for this one, I'm definitely planning on doing a headshot to get a closer look at her scarred over eye.
