Originally, I was going to have two reference images for Possum, one being when Equeline Stables first got him, and the second being this one when he's a fat and happy pony. I'm hoping that i'll have the time to make the other reference still as a bonus image, but for now have this one
His name does have a reason, but you'll all find that out in time!

Name: 59 Playing Possum

Breed: Kaimanawa
Height: 15 hh
Colour: Bay with lacing
Genotype: Ee / Aa
Eyes: Brown
Discipline: Used as a lead horse, all rounder western trained (reining, cutting, trail, working cow horse), campdrafting
One Trait or Quirk: The lacing on this stallion's back is from a fungal infection and will fade and most likely disappear over time. He seems to form deep connections with people and will certainly be a one-person horse.

Personality: Will be added to as the competition carries on!
Possum is a quiet horse that rarely spooks and accepts life in every stride, and is often found grazing in the shade and blending in to the trees and shrubs with an eerie talent for disappearing amongst his environment. So far he has been easy to handle in that he will move off pressure slowly and not panic, however he has not been pushed far at all so far, and he desperately needs a bath to rid him of his fungal infection.

Greg's horse, Possum will do anything and try his heart out at everything for the breaker. He's quiet, usually asleep or half asleep and will plod around like a kids old nag, which his appearance doesn't help. Even with proper care and a balanced diet, his lacing from his wild years scared his back and his thick mane and tail is simply unmanageable unless kept in braids...which he will rub out on trees. Nonetheless, when asked for fast reactions and to work hard Possum will shoot in to action to match any quarter horse.

NOTES: Only to be ridden by Greg (unless on a lead line)
