Okay, I'm really shooting myself in the foot here. Too many things I want to do and not enough time to do it . . . and yet somehow I'm managing it. I started a job at Sams Club this past week but already I feel like I'm messing up and I need some help folks. If anyone can offer prayers to help me get through this and keep this job and make it to full time so I only have ONE job to worry about . . . and preferably NO Sundays to work . . . I would be eternally grateful.Anyway, I couldn't resist on this one. Again. And immediately I thought of Tamaki trying to flirt with Winry and could just imagine Ed's reaction. I referenced an image from Brotherhood for Edward's expression but Tamaki . . . yuck. He doesn't look at all like the manga / anime character is supposed to. Not nearly as flirtatious as, well, Tamaki.
I wanted to depict more books and shelves but couldn't get it all in due to time constraints, so I at least tried to depict Winry reaching up INTO a book shelf with a book in her hand and a few books in the foreground as if the brothers had started building up their typical studying pile. And look! There's dear Alphonse in the background looking all indignant due to the ruckus Ed and Tamaki are creating.
But what else is new, eh?
Anyway, I hope y'all can enjoy this and that it is permissable. And once again I apologize for the bad scanning quality. :,(

Hehe... well I am still at Zupas... but I am also still at Sams Club. But I am honestly so tired of both of them.Β I've loved Zupas for the food and the slightly better atmosphere but . . . I'm so worn out and tired I need to just do one job.Β But I couldn't afford it.Β
Anyway, in regards to Ed; yes, he would TOTALLY freak out if another guy tried flirting with Winry.Β The only problem is if its early enough in the relationship he'd never admit its because he liked Winry.Β He'd bee too embarrassed.

I had to check what Zupas is. ^^ A restaurant. :3 Β What's like working at Sam's Club? I've been there many times because of my folks. I know the feeling of being really tired. I have worked two jobs briefly. One was a seasonal part-time job and the other one was a permanent part-time. But the job I just finished left me mentally wiped out. Β I believe I already told you that. ^^

Yep, Zupas is a local restaurant and it is DANG good!Β I'm just so burned out I'm not enjoying working there so much anymore.Β
Some days aren't so bad at Sams, but it's constantly busy.Β I never really get a break to complete tasks and that.Β I'm mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted.Β I need a break...just one full time job that I can enjoy but still get kick-butt payment from, y'know?

Believe me, I struggle with certain backgrounds myself. Anything with straight lines is my enemy. I don't do buildings well and I've never drawn a car before. Need to practice with that more often.

That's an awesome goal. I'm still not sure if that' what I'll end up doing. I do, however, know I want to do illustration of some sort. We'll see what happens though.

I wanted to do something more like animation. I love to draw and tell storys but im not good with wrighting so, animation. I would like to start out as a illustrater cause im good at drawing from my head and fingering out stuff like that Xb

I'm somewhat in the same boat. Just not with the animation thing. I think it would be cool to learn but I'm not sure I'm up for it, y'know? I do write and I am working on some books but I don't think I'll be a manga artist either. I think I'll just illustrate my stories.

You should totally do one with Tamaki flirting with Kamiya Kaoru form Rurouni Kenshin, and feature Himura Kenshin in the background looking somewhat surprised and muttering his typical 'oro' while Kaoru appears about ready to deck the guy (Tamaki).

Not sure yet, but I may. Just for kicks and giggles. Not sure how long it'll take me though. Gotta finish some sketches on a commission I'm doing plus finish two other contest entries.

I think I used to be, but I'm too warn out with other issues in RL to worry about 'details' in illustrations unless I REALLY, REALLY want them there. Then I might think about adding fun little bits that'll make the image that much more interesting.
