Thirdly, I had no plan for her yet, but costume designer would be nice. What a happy accident!
But, my trademark hat and cape kind already has a pretty deeply rooted head cannon. That doesn't mean she can't make other costumes for Trixie though! Yes, this is coming together...

Well, her cutie mark is stitched stars, so perhaps she got her cutie mark BECAUSE she made Trixie's very first cape and cap! And now Trixie only trusts her with crafting her one-of-kind unique ensemble. You can't tell me she doesn't have multiples.

Well yes. Doubles of the original that are there so if Trixie does a trick that the original is in danger she can change them to spare the original.
Right now I'm thinking along the lines of Trixie getting her ancient, literally, hat and cape when she is just starting to preform magic. It would be old, dusty, torn in a few places, and would probably have a faded design that wouldn't work for a modern magician. Β Since she is just starting she would be five or six, right after she got her mark.Β
Since five year olds just want to wear their parent's clothes she would just wash it and wear it as is. Until one day she runs into Crafty as she is trying to get her cutie-mark. Some kind of exchange happens, and crafty agrees to try to make the cape and hat nice for Trixie's side show. After Crafty works on it and makes the star design that it has, then she would find her talent, and get her Cutie Mark.
I'll fine tune that, but like I said, the cape already has an existing cannon in my RPs, which is were I intend to use this character. So it's a little tricky to play with it.
