Description
My old tutorial needed an update, because Shrinky Dinks improved their paper dramatically! Why does this need a tutorial? Because when you just shove these in the oven as the instructions say, they often come out bent and stretched and weird. My plastics come out perfectly about 90% of the time using these steps. What you need:
-Oven, set to 285
-Two pans that stack evenly, lightweight. Pizza pans are perfect for this.
-Parchment paper, available at any grocery store
-Shrinky Dinks for Inkjet, available from shrinkydinks.com or your local Michaels.Β (There are other brands too that could be more affordable, play with what's available to you and see what works best!)
-Inkjet printer
-Photoshop, Gimp, PSP, or equiv with the knowledge to use it
-Acrylic sealant, you can get this at any art or hardware store in the spray paint area. I use Krylon.
-Scissors, hole punch, and any other tools you need to add attachments
Be safe, don't burn your house down, and get creative with it!

Ah yay! I can't believe this hasn't gotten any thanks! I thank you so much, no one seems to share this knowledge! Do you know where I can possibly buy the Shrinky Dink? And thank you so much for the tutorial!

If you're in the US, Michaels has the best price on Shrinky Dinks, because you can use their coupons for them and save 40% or more! If you want to order online, it's www.goestores.com/home.aspx?Me⦠Good luck with your creations!

They keep them in different places, usually around the scrapbooking supplies.Β My store has moved them and I always have to hunt.Β Look for the big droopy dog on the package, haha.
