I'm a big fan of the juxtaposition of all the tan and the red dress. Heck, I'd love to own that dress. Your picture was used as a writing prompt for a short fiction challenge lately, so I wrote a vignette based on this picture for the challenge!

Love the dress, the colour, the hat really makes the pose.
My only critisim would be that its posed infront of a column with ugly modern retro-fitted guttering, which os a little distracting.
Out of interest, where is this, the stations iron work is itself very photogenic?
