жар-птица, namely zhar-ptitsa, is a legendary and prophetic bird from a faraway land and is known to be a blessing and a harbinger of doom to its captor. It's known in russish fairy tales and the slavic paganism. The sparrow on the other hand is a worldly creature with none magical power and just a fluffy plumage. And it's cute.This piece is for and inspired by Eerieseelie , I hope you'll like it!
