So basically in the specific comic universe this picture was made for, Jason there gets kidnapped and tortured for two years and is believed to be dead by everyone until he comes back as an angry militia commander called the Arkham Knight intent on killing Batman because he was brainwashed by the Joker during the torture to think that it was Batman's fault that he was captured and tortured.
the good news is that he gets redemption and becomes a good guy again in the end though ; u ;
