Description
Indeed, our very nature has been shaped by this quest, we are unable to stop searching for knowledge. We are the Mnemosyne, the Memory-Seekers...Aristotle de Laurent, "The Book Of Nod".
You might have recognised the character on this picture, if you know the Vampire: The Masquerade world. He calls himself Beckett of the Gangrel clan, an intelligent undead, a scientist, an archaeologist.
The one, who seeks knowledge and memories.
The quote above was written by his teacher and Sire, and it describes Beckett very well....
Thanks to White Wolf Games, I had a chance to 'get acquainted' with this character. I couldn't leave him without portraying.)) So - few hours with Corel Painter IX, et voila.)))

It looks good Odora. You've captured him well. But I must say... He looks rather TOO comfortable for someone who's sitting cross-legged in a graveyard most probably filled with vampires and zombies alike. or perhaps he's already cleaned out this graveyard, and he's sitting down for a well earned rest. either way he's looking cool
OH! and I start my diploma of screen: animation this monday. two years of cartooning/animation goodness. wish me luck ^_^

Beckett is one of my absolute favourites among the cast of V:TM, and along Velvet and Gary, one of the best characters in Bloodlines. Im proud to say I have much in common with him
