I give you Weevil Underwood-- possibly the least threatening villain in Yu-Gi-Oh! history.

This was actually pretty fun to do, because Weevil has some of the funniest expressions in the show. (Since I do everything in layers, before I had the glasses up it honestly looked like he was asking someone if they were brain-dead. It was amazing!)

Hands, I hates them. Although, this is not the worst one I've ever done by far.

To be perfectly frank, Weevil's hair was a pain to shadow, so I decided to do highlights instead. It came out fairly decent, but the rest of him is in shadow, so it just sort of makes his hair look wet. Maybe that's why he's so confused.
