I'm dead serious. The guy who wrote this episode? Wrote Brian in Love, Brian Does Hollywood, Brian: Portrait of a Dog, and ROAD TO RHODE ISLAND. 4 of many great classic Family Guy episodes were written by this guy, and he managed to fuck up real bad. And he wrote Stewie is Enciente. I'm surprised that the officials haven't arrested Seth MacFarlane and his writers/directors yet thanks to the rim job scene. How that isn't considered child pornography is beyond me but I don't think the law gives a shit about cartoons.
