I put 2 model into a frame, Sebastian and Adrea had done a great job in posing, this is a 10 minutes sketch, a bit rush... i don't think im able to complete them if i could see their face.Related content

Nice work, Eric! 10min sketches can really bring out the true skill that an artist has, sometimes. I like the poses, and agree that leaving the faces out of it was the right way to go. Difference between a 10min and 20min sketch

could'a fooled little me, it looks amazing beyond any words I'll ever have, lol.
I agree, the faces seem to distract, you get too much into the complexities of facial expression and you lose time.

I use dermatograph pencil in brown doing this, it's a very convenient medium! Especially for speed sketch! thanks for C&C!!

Hmmm... not really, this medium is very difficult to erase. I like it coz it's able to make large coverage, especially on toning... just same as charcoal. Another reason is due to this unique characteristic, im able to 'force' myself from making mistake...
