While Biddybuds are in Super Mario 3D Land, Super Mario 3D World, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker and as well as their real life counterparts in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. However, the Biddybuds have not appeared in Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions. But they not yet appeared in a Paper Mario game.
