Here's what the design of Dugtrio's evolution would be like.
Well, it's based off of Monty Moles from the Mario series and took inspiration from Magnezone. For example instead of three Magnemites, you get three Magnemites fused together into one.

Here's what his stats would be like.
HP: 65.
Attack: 110.
Defense: 85.
Special Attack: 60.
Special Defense: 90.
Speed: 110.

Here's what his Alolan form stats would be like.
HP: 65.
Attack: 110.
Defense: 75.
Special Attack: 60.
Special Defense: 90.
Speed: 120.

Here's what his abilities would be like.
Sand Veil.
Arena Trap.
Sand Force.

Here's what his Alolan form abilities would be like.
Sand Veil.
Tangling Hair.
Sand Force.

Here's what his typing would be like.
Ground.

How to evolve it.
Well, you have to evolve Dugtrio or Alolan Dugtrio by leveling up in a cave/tunnel area similar to how Magneton, Nosepass, Charjabug and Crabrawler evolve into Magnezone, Probopass, Vikavolt and Crabominable by leveling up in a special magnetic field or snowy mountains.
