This is Momo's true form the recent manga chapters of the Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card manga series but in the style of the Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card anime, the color scheme of Momo's true form is base off of the cover art of Chapter 51 from the Clear Card manga (latest (1114×1600) (nocookie.net) ) and while using Momo's false form's color scheme from the anime.
