What if there's a pre-evolution for both Oranguru and Passimian? Well, i decided to give Oranguru and Passimian a pre-evolution because i think it would've been interesting to give both of these two Pokemon a pre-evolution. The only way to evolve the Oranguru and Passimian pre-evolution is simply evolve the Oranguru and Passimian pre-evolution into either Oranguru at Level. 20 when its Defense is higher than its Attack or Passimian at Level. 20 when its Attack is higher than its Defense, the Oranguru and Passimian pre-evolution's evolution method will be similar to Tyrogue's evolution method.

Oh by the way, what both the name, stats, moves, typing and abilities would be? Please leave a comment of what name, stats, moves, typing and abilities for the pre-evolution of Oranguru and Passimian would be.
