Description
This is a picture of Team Rocket's Kotora Mobile and it's going to appear in my possible future anime arc of the Pokemon anime (Also known as Ringed Dimension/Fuchsite And Kunzite). The Kotora Mobile will be a yet another mecha that both Jessie, James, Meowth, Wobbuffet, Jennifer, Kittenth and Witlash have, the Kotora Mobile is based off of Kotora but with wheels and a yellow light bulb on its tail which it powers on the Kotora Mobile.
